Rukaiya is a Genos International Certified Emotional Intelligence facilitator & coach, Certified Everything DiSC Assessor, Finance & Banking Professional and Risk Professional.
As a trainer and Coach, she has been privileged to Facilitate and Deliver trainings for Senior Managers, Supervisors and Staff of all levels in Business Conventions and company trainings. She has provided coaching in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership context.
She has supported women in leadership projects that enhance positions of women in corporates by enhancing their self-brand and building confidence for the younger generation to grow into leadership positions. Such projects include CRDB in partnership with IFC for 100 women 2020 – 2021, CRDB She is Ready to Lead Programme for 200 women 2022 -2023, CRDB Women in Leadership Mentoring Programme for 100 2023-2025, Training and Coaching for 22 Women in Hospitality leadership in 2020, and Energy to Equal Programme for 30 women in Renewable Energy Sector for sub Sahara Africa (15 countries) under IFC.
In corporate training Rukaiya Abbas has run programmes for Vodacom, NMB, Tigo, Plasco Limited, Mkapa Foundation and many other organizations.
As a Risk Professional, she also focuses on Business Continuity Management with the objective to help organizations and individuals to plan for events that could disrupt their Business as Usual and daily life routine in a practical manner
