The keynote theme and topic
The keynote topic is, Imagine Great People: Sustaining Competitive Edge by Harnessing the Human Side of Innovation. Great organizations are made up of great people. This topic is timely and relevant because in PwC’s 27th Annual Global CEO Survey: Thriving in an age of continuous reinvention, 45% of the surveyed CEOs believe their company won’t exist in 10 years if it stays on its current path. The report identifies several existential changes that organizations need to make to survive. This makes adaptation not an option anymore, but an obligation and necessity for survival.
